Join me for 30 min practices throughout March.

Monday, Wednesday & Thursday will be yoga and Friday will be a gentle stretch with meditation and /or breath-work/relaxation practices to end the working week.

£20 for the whole month which gives you access to join the live zoom classes and also access to the recordings - these are on a password protected page on website that you can access as many times as you like.

So a bit of a long one from me,

Firstly I would like to extend a heart felt thank you to all that attend my classes, workshops, events, etc and that book for massages. It truly brings me pleasure to share yoga with you or to feel your body relax and release tension with a massage. To share my experience of yoga with you all is a true privilege.

However, it is one that takes its toll - holding space for others draws upon massive amounts of physical and emotional energy and unfortunately at the moment I am drained. I’m currently on anti biotics for a chest infection and my skin has erupted in eczema, I’m still teaching where I can but I’m also caring for my daughter (who also had a chest infection) and her baby (who is unwell).
Please bear with me, I don’t like cancelling classes and will only do so if necessary, that being said - next week I am only working Monday and Tuesday as I then have a minor operation on Wednesday.

All classes will resume as usual W/C 19th January as will bookings for massages.

2026 will be my first year of returning to full time yoga teaching since 2019 and the first time doing it without my own studio space. I’m hoping to infuse more philosophy back into my teaching and hopefully a few exciting events/retreats throughout the year but I will be doing all of this slowly & gently as I navigate finding balance between yoga, massage and life beyond that.

January & February schedule’s will be available w/c 19th Jan - including online yoga.

🧘🏻‍♀️Monday & Wednesday @6.30am 30 min class – Live on Zoom & Recorded
Gentle movement to awaken the physical body – at times may include longer breath work techniques or meditations.

🧘🏻‍♀️60 min Class Recorded only
This will always start with some breathwork & grounding and end with savasana. The middle of the practice will vary from week to week, sometimes a more yin style – holding poses, sometimes Ashtanga style and sometimes a gentle flow amongst others.

🧘🏻‍♀️Cost for the month is £20 payable by bank transfer – once payment is received you will receive the zoom links for the live classes and the password to access the recorded classes on my website. Classes will be uploaded each Thursday – you can download them or the password will allow you access indefinitely.

I had really good feedback from the summer programme of online yoga, so I’m trying some more.

Online & Recorded Classes October 2025

🧘🏻‍♀️Monday & Wednesday @6.30am 30 min class – Live on Zoom & Recorded
Gentle movement to awaken the physical body – at times may include longer breath work techniques or meditations.

🧘🏻‍♀️60 min Class Recorded only
This will always start with some breathwork & grounding and end with savasana. The middle of the practice will vary from week to week, sometimes a more yin style – holding poses, sometimes Ashtanga style and sometimes a gentle flow amongst others.

🧘🏻‍♀️Cost for the month is £20 payable by bank transfer – once payment is received you will receive the zoom links for the live classes and the password to access the recorded classes on my website. Classes will be uploaded each Thursday – you can download them or the password will allow you access indefinitely.

Two hours of stripped back movement with intent & awareness, pranayama with presence & Sound Bath with surrender in the stunning venue that is the Ashton Memorial williamsonpark

Simple yoga poses to find more freedom in the body, feeling the energy of the flower full moon as we open through our heart centre inviting in joy and abundance with slow, yoga flows and pranayama. Whilst this energy settles, we will sink into a soothing & deep relaxation as suliko_sounds weaves her magic, immersing us in waves of sound.

This week’s classes are inspired by The Spring Equinox.
Spring represents a new day; it’s the dawn in the wheel of the year. A new sun is rising. Life is waking up in the warm sunlight & your spirit feels ready to make a new start.
As though we are awakening from a deep slumber, our bodies begin to crave opening and gentle movement as we feel the return of outward energy, an unfurling like a new leaf. We seek the balance and equilibrium of this time as the day and night are equal.

Classes this week:
Tuesday 9.30am, Thursday 5.15pm & 6.30pm and Sunday 9.30 & 10.45am at @acresfieldclub

Wednesday 6.30pm at Lancaster House Hotel.

I’m always looking for different venues to teach from, so please get in touch if you know places that would love a yoga class. Xx

From May my schedule will be changing and I’m hoping to put on more regular yoga classes. I’m thinking an Ashtanga style class and a Yin & Yang class.
